When adding your team, you can assign roles to control what actions they can take in Telleroo. Decide what they can view and edit on both your group account and entity accounts.

Entities must add their own team members to their accounts. Here’s a guide to help them.

Only Admins can add team members. When you join Telleroo, the team member that set up the account is automatically created as an Admin.

If you can't add team members, ask an Admin on your account to add the person for you, or ask them to update your permissions to Admin.

As Admins can make high-level changes to your account, we recommend limiting who has this role.

Go to Team. Click Add new team member.

Enter their first and last name, email and phone number.

Select the permissions you want this team member to have for your group account:

  • Administrator: means the team member can create and amend other teammates.

  • Manager: means the team member can view all your entities and assign Reviewers.

Select the permissions you want this team member to have for your entity accounts:

  • Viewer means the team member can see payments, but bank details are hidden. If combined with another role, bank details become visible.

  • Creator means the team member can create payments for the entity and connect the Telleroo account with apps like Xero and QuickBooks.

  • Approver only applies if you have management access for an entity, meaning you can approve payments on their behalf. Selecting this means the team member can approve pay runs that have been created.

  • Bank Manager: means the team member can add and edit payee bank details when using a connected app such as Xero and QuickBooks.

Click Save details. Your team member will now receive an email invite to Telleroo.

Assigning the Reviewer role

The review stage lets you send pay runs for internal review before sending them to the entity. If enabled, you can assign the Reviewer role to a team member, allowing them to sign off pay runs during the internal review stage. Assign this role in the Review stage settings.
