The Telleroo mobile app is now available on the Google Play Store and Apple Store. For information about downloading and setting up the app, view this article.

View and filter pay runs

When you log in to the app, you'll see all pay runs in your account by default. To filter them, just tap the blue button next to Filter: All.

You can filter pay runs using three options:

  • Needs Action: Shows pay runs that require your attention at Awaiting Approval, Awaiting Dual Approval and Awaiting Funds.

  • Pending: Displays pay runs that are Scheduled, Awaiting Funds, or currently Sending from your account.

  • Filter by status: Allows you to filter pay runs by a specific individual status, such as Awaiting Approval, Awaiting Dual Approval, Scheduled, Awaiting Funds, Sending, Paid, or Cancelled.

If you have Dual Approval enabled in your account, you will also see this as an individual status and included in the 'Needs Action' Filter.

If you're an accountant, bookkeeper, or manage multiple entities using the app, you'll see the 'Awaiting Review' status if the pay run review feature is enabled in your account. This status is also included in the 'Needs Action' filter.

If you have applied filters, and wish to remove them, tap Clear all.

Approve pay runs

To approve all payments in a pay run with the Awaiting Approval status, simply click Approve. You can also press Cancel for the entire pay run.

Tap on a payment to view the payee’s bank details, payment reference, and account check results.

Red warning icons appear for new or updated payees when the payee details don’t match the bank account. Yellow warning icons appear when these checks result in only a partial match. How these checks work.

Tap and hold a payment in a pay run to select it. Use the checkboxes to select multiple payments if needed. Once selected, you can choose Approve or Cancel to take action on the payment(s).

Fund pay runs

You can top up your account with any amount, at any time. Tap the + button on the main screen of the app.

Tap Add funds with open banking or copy your account details to use in your banking app.

If your balance is too low for upcoming pay runs, you'll see a 'Top up needed' alert in the app. Just click it to top up.

To top up the exact amount for upcoming payments, click the copy icon next to the yellow top-up amount.

This will copy the amount to your clipboard ready for when you add funds (steps shown below).

For both options, scroll and select your bank from the list shown.

Enter the amount you want to top up your Telleroo account. If you selected the wrong bank, click Change Bank to switch. If you copied an amount from a pay run, simply paste it here. Then, tap Fund Account.

Telleroo will now connect to your bank, and you'll need to approve the payment in your banking app.

To check if recently sent funds have arrived, simply tap the refresh button to update your account balance.
