How to download and setup the Telleroo app on your iPhone or Android phone
Download the Telleroo app via the Apple Store or the Google Play Store.
Have Telleroo open on a computer in front of you. On your computer, click on your profile icon visible at the top right of your screen, and click 'Manage your devices' from the dropdown menu.
Type in a memorable name for this device, and add a pin - this will be the five digit code you use to log into the mobile app. Click 'Add new mobile'.
You'll now see a pop-up asking for your authenticator code. Open your authenticator app on your phone, type the code into the pop-up and press 'Verify'.
On your computer, you will now see a QR code like the one shown below.
Open the Telleroo app on your mobile and press the 'Login' button.
Press Scan QR Code.
You will now be asked for permission to use your camera. Press Allow. Hold your phone up to the QR code visible on your computer, so it fits in the camera square provided.
Now enter your five-digit PIN.
You can now set up your preferences for the mobile app. Starting with whether you want to be able to login with biometrics (your fingerprint/face ID). Choose either Activate Biometrics or Skip.
Next, choose whether you want to turn on mobile notifications. These notifications are for when a pay run is awaiting your approval, or requires additional funds to be sent out. Choose either Activate Notifications or Skip.
You can then choose whether you'd prefer the app in light mode, dark mode, or to automatically change based on your phone setting. Choose either Confirm Appearance Mode or Skip.
You are now logged into Telleroo on mobile. π Press Start Using App to be taken to your pay runs.
