Create a single payment and pay a recipient in an international currency. You can view supported international currencies here. You need to be a Creator in Telleroo to be able to create a single international payment.
Click New pay run.
Select the type of payment you'd like to make from the Payment type dropdown.
Click Enter single payment.
You will see a list of recipients you have previously paid, which you can filter to International payees. You can also search for a recipient by name. Click Send to payee to create another payment to that recipient. To send a payment to someone new, click New recipient.
Select the Currency you'd like to send.
Enter the Amount you would like to send.
Enter the Payment reference.
If you're sending GBP, USD, or EUR, you'll see a Payment type field. Select where you'd like to send the payment:
EUR: Inside Europe or Outside Europe
USD: Inside US or Outside US
GBP: Inside UK or Outside UK
For all currencies, you need to select whether you're paying a Person or Business under Recipient type.
Enter Name of the business / organisation.
Next, enter the recipient's account details. The required information will vary depending on the currency and destination. For example:
To send USD within the US, you'll need the recipient's routing number, account number, account type (checking or savings), and address.
To send USD outside the US, you'll need an IBAN/Account number and a SWIFT/BIC code.

Click Submit payment.
Review the payment details you've entered, then click Configure pay run.
Optionally, you can rename the payment using Pay run name.
Optionally, you can enter Notes for this payment which is visible to Approvers.
Click Submit pay run. Your single payment will now be created in Telleroo, and Approvers will receive an email to approve this payment.
International payments cannot be scheduled for a future date, they are sent immediately upon approval. When you create a pay run, the price is locked for 20 minutes. If you don't approve and send it within that time, the cost will continue to update in real-time for accuracy.
