Add a payment link to your Xero invoices so you can get paid with ease. Funds go straight into your Telleroo account, helping you manage cash flow more effectively.
Xero payment link is currently in a phased rollout. If you do not see this in your Telleroo account, and would like to start using this feature, please reach out to the Telleroo team.
First, connect Telleroo to your Xero account to use this feature.
Once Xero is connected, go to Settings in Telleroo, then Xero Settings.
Go to the Xero Invoice Payment Link section. Click Enable your payment link.
Under Apply your company branding, click Link. Select the Xero branding theme (invoice template) you'd like to use for this payment link.
Once you've applied your company branding, Telleroo will show "Linked" in green and your payment link is now enabled.
The next time you invoice for that branding template, Telleroo will appear as an online payment option.
Your invoice email will include a Review and Pay button, and the PDF invoice will have a View and Pay Online Now button. Both make it easy for your customer to pay the invoice directly into your Telleroo account.
