When joining Telleroo, you can sign up as a single company or as a multi-entity group. Signing up as a group means you can easily switch between different companies under one login.

If you have not yet joined Telleroo

If there is a possibility that you will add more than one business in the future, sign up as a multi-entity group. This will avoid restrictions that come up when moving from a single to group account.

If you are already using Telleroo as a single company

When moving from a single company to a group account:

  • You have two options to choose from: depending on how you wish to use Telleroo and which features you wish to utilise.

  • These options are due to a restriction: Telleroo restricts emails to one role only, either at the group level or individual level, not both.

  • You get discounted multi-entity pricing with both options

Option 1

Telleroo creates a new group account for you, using an email address that neither you or your team currently use to login.

The new email would be used to add all required companies to your group account.

Any team members you've added to your existing account will be unaffected. Their logins and permissions (e.g. Creator) will remain the same.

Benefits:

  • No change to your teams' permissions (e.g. Creator) in Telleroo.

  • You can use Dual Approval.

Drawbacks:

  • You cannot use the review stage.

  • You require an additional email to add new companies in Telleroo.

  • The additional email can only invite new companies, it cannot create and approve pay runs in Telleroo.

Option 2

Telleroo creates a group account using your current Admin email address. Once created, you'll need to re-add existing team members to your account and assign their permissions (e.g. Creator) per company.

You would then use the email not currently in use when inviting new entity to Telleroo, this email would only be used to accept the invite to Telleroo to kickstart our KYC process.

Benefits:

  • You can use the review stage.

  • Using one email, you can login and invite companies to your account. You can also create and approve pay runs.

Drawbacks:

  • Any existing team members on your account will need to be added again.

  • Everyone will need to set up 2FA again to login.

  • You cannot use Dual Approval.
