Buddy is Cloud payroll and HR software for businesses, bureaus and accounting and bookkeeping firms. By integrating Buddy and Telleroo you'll be able to sync payroll payments directly to 'Awaiting Approval' in Telleroo.

From the Integrations Settings in Buddy, find Telleroo within the Payment Integrations module.

Click 'Connect', which will redirect you to a page within Telleroo requesting access. Click Allow Access, which will give permission for Buddy to send data to Telleroo.

After the authorisation is successful, you'll find two drop-down options.

Select the Telleroo Company for which you are syncing, and the Bank Account that this company will use, then click 'Save'.

To start sending payments through Telleroo, you will require two elements:

From the Payroll History, find the payroll you need to send payments for.

Click on 'Actions', and then, click 'Send to Telleroo'.

You will get the option to either Pay Now, which will ask for a second confirmation, or to Schedule for Later, giving you the option to select the date from a calendar menu.

After confirming, you will receive a notification on the top right stating whether the sync has been successful.

Within the Payroll History, after sending payments, will see the Telleroo icon along with a symbol indicating the status.

A rotating symbol shows that payments have been synced successfully and are currently pending payment.

You will see a tick for successful payments or a red cross for failed syncs.
