If your Xero account has disconnected, you'll see the Connect to Xero button under integrations in the side panel on the pay runs page. You'll also see Connect to Xero on the Accounts page. Click one of these buttons to reconnect your account.
Click Connect to Xero either on the pay runs or accounts page.
You'll be redirected to Xero, which will already have the Xero organisation selected. Double check this, and then click to continue with the selected organisation.
You'll now be back to Telleroo, where you need to select the Xero organisation that you'd like to reconnect. Then select the matching Xero bank account that Telleroo previously created. Click Save and continue.
Read Telleroo's Terms & Conditions. When you're happy to proceed, select the tickbox that you accept the conditions. Click Connect bank feed.
Confirm how you'd like payment information to be sent to Xero for reconciliation using the toggles. Click Save and continue.
By default, Sync Xero Bills and Sync Xero Payroll are ticked. If you don’t use Xero Payroll, simply untick this option. Click Finish connection.
Your Xero account has now been reconnected.
