If you're authenticator codes are not working during or after setup then the following steps normally resolve the issue:

Open settings &gt; general &gt; Date &amp; Time or settings &gt; Date &amp; Time

Make sure Set Automatically/Automatic is switched on

1. Open settings &gt; general &gt; Date &amp; Time or settings &gt; Date &amp; Time
2. Make sure Set Automatically/Automatic is switched on
3. If you amended try to login again now

If the previous step didn't work and your using Android device try the following:

Tap More &gt; Settings &gt; Time Correction &gt; Sync now

1. Open Google Authenticator
2. Tap More &gt; Settings &gt; Time Correction &gt; Sync now 
3. Try to login now
