In some cases where the amount of a payment is high, the system automatically requests documents as proof (for example an invoice) as this high payment will go through a compliance check.

The account will look something like this with the payments requiring invoices showing with the yellow box.

If you click the box, this will allow you to select the file locally and upload to Telleroo.

If you have more than 1 invoice that makes up the payment simply come on livechat and let us know.
