We set a monthly limit on every Telleroo account to help protect you from overspending or sending an erroneously large payment.
This is set when you sign up to Telleroo based on the information you tell us and the limit resets on the 15th of each month.
If you find that you are growing and need to increase the limit, that is great news!
To request a limit increase, please email us with the following information:
- Reason for increase
- New monthly limit amount;
- Turnover as per last year;
- Number of employees.
Once we receive these details, our compliance team will then review the request. If the requested increase is significant we may ask for more information from you.
Once approved the increase will be active with immediate effect.
