Funding your Telleroo account is easy, there are now 2 ways to do it.
At your bank
Simply initiate a transfer from your bank to the sort code and account number shown on the home screen of the Telleroo platform. Each of these is unique to each company and the account is set up in your own name.
This can be done as a one-off via Faster Payment, BACS or CHAPS or a standing order to top-up a regular amount at set time intervals.
Topping up your account via Faster Payment or BACS is free but there is a £25 fee we pass on from the bank for any CHAPS payment into your account.
This payment needs to come from a UK bank account in GBP in your business name.
You can now initiate the payment inside Telleroo, simply by selecting who you bank with and confirming the amount you want to top up, you will be presented with a QR code to scan on your phone.
You will need to have online banking set up on the phone you scan with.
Scanning this QR code or using the desktop login link produced initiates the payment to your Telleroo account and you only need to approve the payment. This is sent via Faster Payment to your Telleroo account and should appear in your Telleroo account shortly after your bank sends the payment.
Yapily Connect Ltd, Telleroo's Open Banking Partner, will initiate this payment for you in accordance with their Terms & Conditions. If you have any questions please speak to Telleroo's support team.
