To export a bank file from Moneysoft to import into Telleroo, there are three easy steps to follow:
Select PAY and PAYMENTS and BACS PAYMENT FILE on the menu
Select "General" as the report layout from the toolbar (this will be remembered for the next time they do the report)
Press the CLICK HERE TO GENERATE THE FILE button, and that saves the file
