With Indus Payroll, you can automatically send your payroll pay runs to Telleroo. You'll need to connect Indus Payroll with Telleroo first.

Within your Payroll, and Payments, select the employees you'd like to create payments for in Telleroo. Click Create Payment.
If you now press Refresh, you'll see they now show under Payment Processed. Your payment will be in Telleroo at Awaiting Approval.
