How to download a statement from Telleroo

You can download an Account Statement within Telleroo. Click 'Transactions' on the navigation bar below your company name.

At default, you will see transactions to all payees, at all stages (e.g. awaiting approval, sent).

You can filter transactions by preset timeframes, such as yesterday and last month. Or you can click 'Between' to add a custom start and end date.

If you select 'Between', enter the desired start and end date. Your transactions will automatically filter.

For all timeframes, when you download the account statement, the end date will show the balance at the end of that day.

You can also filter transactions by stage, click the drop down 'ALL' to filter. For example, if you only want to see transactions that have already been sent.

If you want to only see transactions to a specific payee, enter their name into 'Search by name'. You can also click 'More Filters' (which appears when you have added dates) to get more specific. For 'More Filters' click 'Filter' to update the results.

Please note, there is a limit of 200 transactions per account statement download for PDFs. Meaning that if you sent 400 transactions in September, and wanted an account statement for that month, you would need to download two account statements with different dates.

There is no limit for CSV downloads.

You can download your account statement by clicking the .PDF or .CSV icons below the filters.
