Why does my pay run ask for documents to be uploaded?

Why payments may ask for documents, and how to proceed.

In some cases where the amount of a payment is high, or you have breached your monthly limit, the system automatically requests documents as proof (for example an invoice) as this payment will go through a compliance check.

When you click into your pay run, you'll see 'Upload invoice' buttons next to the payments that require invoices. By clicking those buttons, you will be able to select the file from your computer and upload to Telleroo.

However, if you have more than one invoice that makes up a single payment, open a chat bubble, click 'Talk to a person' and the support team will be able to assist you.
