Even with our integrations with Xero, you can still download your payrun from Xero and upload to Telleroo.

Within the payrun batch, under Export Batch File you can download a CSV for the batch.

This produces a .csv file which you can download directly into our file uploader. Find out more about that here.

Telleroo will automatically join payments to the same supplier together saving you on transactions while the granularity remains in Xero.

Within the payroll run, under Options, you can "Download Bank Payment File".

You need to ensure all your employees are set up under Electronic Transfer and have their bank details populated.

Then you can select the Faster Payments File option.

This produces a .txt file which you can download directly into our file uploader. Find out more about that here.

You then just need to follow the usual approval process within Telleroo to finalise the payroll.
