You are only able to remove a user if they have never made any actions in Telleroo.

If a user has made previous actions, such as creating or approving a pay run, you will not be able to remove the user. They have an audit trail of all of their actions within Telleroo.

However, we can deactivate these users so they won't be able to access the Telleroo system going forward. This ensures that all your data is safe and the user history remains.

Simply start a chat with the Telleroo team, and we’ll deactivate the user for you.
