If your accountant doesn't have access to send funds from your bank account, you will need to add funds to your Telleroo account.
You can add any amount to your Telleroo account even if you don't have any pay runs to fund.
When we receive your deposit, we will send as many payments. If you have a remaining balance after all pay runs are funded you can keep it in here as a float.
To fund your Telleroo account, go to accounts tab in Telleroo and you will see your bank details and balance. To deposit:
- You need to send the funds from your registered business bank account to the account number and sort code displayed
- You can use any reference on the payment
- You can use any UK payment method (Faster payments, BACs and CHAPS)
Top tip: If your sending money using faster payments, it will arrive in your account within 15 minutes
