Now we're at the final step, where you can configure your pay run.
- Your able to schedule the pay run for the future or to process immediately
- If you have the approver role you can submit the pay run without the need to get it approved. If your user doesn't have the approver role you will only be able to submit the pay run for approval
Top tip: What happens if I submit or schedule the pay run but the account has no funds ?
If your account has no funds and the batch is submitted immediately or the scheduled batch is reached the payments will move to awaiting funds. As soon as funds hit the account we automatically send the payments.
